Dr Louise Askew

Louise Askew has over six years of professional research and project management experience, offering high level analytical, consultative and technical capabilities that uphold accurate and engaged research. As well as working with Nexus, Louise has been the coordinator of the Centre for Urban and Regional Studies at the University of Newcastle since 2007.

 

Louise has a PhD in human geography, which centred on an evaluation of Families NSW's Schools as Community Centres program, and an honours degree in science. She won the Faculty of Science and Information Technology medal in 2003.
