Training Projects

The Institute of Public Administration (IPAA NSW) contracts Nexus to design and deliver a number of training programs including:

Inside Government: an interactive workshop on how government works and its internal structures and systems

Program Evaluation: uses real-life case studies and provides participants with an opportunity to apply evaluation techniques to their own settings

Developing Results Logic: a NSW Treasury-sponsored program to assist agencies develop ‘results logics’, one-page map central to the budget process that sets out how their services deliver results for clients and the community

 

The NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet has contracted Nexus since 1997 to deliver the Public Sector Management Program in NSW.

RBA Training

Provided RBA training to a range of organisations including local Community Services Association, Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care, Department of Community Services, Department of Housing and NSW WorkCover.

A number of government agencies have also engaged Nexus to design and deliver training in evaluation and performance monitoring. In these sessions we make use of real-life case studies to ground the training and yield organisational spin-offs.
