A logical direction

Nexus’s structured, plain English approach to strategic planning enables you to focus on three basic questions:

• Where are we heading?
• How will we get there?
• How will we know if we’re on track?

To do this, we undertake initial consultation with a cross-section of stakeholders, including key clients. Using the feedback from this consultation, we facilitate planning workshops at Board, executive and team level.

 

We then document the outputs of the workshops in a format that promotes immediate and ongoing action.

We become, in effect, an expert catalyst that creates an organisational blueprint for the future. Our consultant then leads your team through the key decisions that must be made to implement this vision. The resulting strategic plan becomes a framework for ongoing decision-making.
