Greg Masters has been trained by Mark Friedman in his Results-Based Accountability (RBA) approach, a plain English, practical model that aims to produce measurable improvements for communities and clients.

RBA has been adopted by the NSW government for use by its human services agencies (health, community

services, housing etc) as the preferred methodology for evaluating its programs and services. For more information on RBA, see Nexus newsletters #5 and #6.

Greg is one of the most experienced RBA practitioners in Sydney.
